Our Booking Process
Our Booking Process
Booking a tutoring session at Lana’s Learning Lab is quick and straightforward! Please follow these steps to secure your spot and ensure we meet your educational needs:
Complete the Inquiry Form: Begin by filling out our online inquiry form with your contact details, preferred subjects, session type, and any specific goals or concerns.
Consultation Call: After reviewing your inquiry, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a complimentary consultation call. During this call, we’ll discuss your student’s needs, answer any questions, and recommend a tailored tutoring plan.
Scheduling Your Session: Once the best approach has been determined, we will work with you to schedule sessions at times that are convenient and effective. Sessions can be booked for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, subject to tutor availability.
Confirmation & Payment: Following scheduling, you will receive a confirmation of your booking along with payment instructions. Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
